El Valle Panama

Panama Map

El Valle, Panama, also known as El Valle de Anton, is located in the crater of a huge extinct volcano at an altitude of 1900 feet.

For living in Panama, this altitude creates the most ideal year-round temperatures. It's not too hot like on the coasts, and not too cold at night like it can be in other Panama mountain towns.

It's T-shirt weather practically 24/7/365 in El Valle.

"We were very pleasantly surprised just how much information was packed into this video. Actual expats who've been through it speak their minds about topics from health to recreation to shopping to traffic in Panama City. This video is not only great for us but for family members who are trying to figure out why we'd move to El Valle."

"A lot of us want to live outside of the US. Your interviews of a wide variety of expats give a good perspective of what to expect. I've lived abroad and know better than anybody how important it is to do your research. Your El Valle video is superb."
