El Valle Panama
El Valle, Panama, also known as El Valle de Anton, is located in the crater of a huge extinct volcano at an altitude of 1900 feet.
For living in Panama, this altitude creates the most ideal year-round temperatures. It's not too hot like on the coasts, and not too cold at night like it can be in other Panama mountain towns.
It's T-shirt weather practically 24/7/365 in El Valle.
El Valle is a small town, with a total population of about 8,000 people. The expat population is about 200-300 people.
Like in small towns everywhere, you end up knowing a lot about your friends and neighbors in El Valle.
